We help veterans, their relatives, serving personnel, reservists, and people who worked alongside the U.K. military to make a success of life in the civilian world. You don’t have to have served in a conflict, and it’s never too late to ask for support.
If you need support with your physical or mental health, feel lonely, or need help with housing, or applying for benefits, just get in touch. We also host free activities and events across the UK so you can spend time with other veterans and find activities to enjoy in your community.
A Help for Heroes café is a great place to start. At these relaxed drop-in sessions you can meet other veterans and families in your area and chat to our team about the support, services and events we offer. No questions asked, no obligation to sign up for anything.
