USE OUR FREE WILL-WRITING SERVICE

We’ve teamed up with two trusted partners, Bequeathed and the National Free Wills Network, to help you make a simple Will for free.

Writing a Will is the best possible way to provide for the people and causes you love. And if, after taking care of family, you feel able to leave a little to those who give their all, you can change the future for wounded heroes and their families. Every legacy has the power to change a life.

"Writing a Will was a daunting task, but it was something I’ve wanted to do since my daughter was born. When I heard about the National Free Wills Network I jumped at the chance. The whole process was over quickly and it was a weight off my mind."

As this is the only charity who’ve supported me, I decided to repay their kindness with a gift in my Will.”

MAKE YOUR WILL IN A WAY THAT SUITS YOU

Both of our services includes a free consultation with a legal professional. So, whether you choose the convenience of starting online (Bequeathed) or prefer a face-to-face appointment (National Free Wills Network), our partners will ensure your Will meets your needs.

If you can’t decide which service to use or have any questions at all, Beth in our legacy team is happy to help.

WHAT IF MY CIRCUMSTANCES ARE COMPLICATED?

Most people’s needs are covered by a simple or standard Will. If your requirements are more complicated, such as involving business interests or setting up a trust, you can still use the service but may be asked to pay for any specialist work needed. Your solicitor will advise you of any potential cost so you can decide what to do.

DO I HAVE TO LEAVE A GIFT IN MY WILL TO USE THE FREE WILL SERVICE?

Using our Free Wills service doesn’t place you under any obligation to leave a gift, but we hope you’ll take a moment to imagine the difference your legacy could make.
