Sign up. Create and personalise your fundraising page.
Get fundraising. Download your fundraising resources to help spread the word. Nominate family and friends to add a song to your Spotify playlist, or set you a milestone in exchange for donations.
Get stepping. Carry out your step challenge for 30 days from the date you sign up.

Ways to get Stepping
You can complete your steps in one go or throughout the day in a variety of ways.
Find your local nature trail routes.
Do an online dance class.
Put on your favourite album and dance around your living room.
Challenge yourself to a HIIT workout in your living room or garden.
Do some static steps while watching your favourite TV programme.
How your steps make a difference
However you move and wherever you move, you’ll be raising money to support those who put their lives on the line for us, helping them to recover from wounds both visible and hidden.
Could pay for an hour of online outreach, connecting with injured veterans and expanding their support network to reduce the feeling of loneliness.
Could pay for an emergency food basket for a veteran and their family for a week.
Could pay for a psychological wellbeing assessment, mental health treatment plan and access to psychological therapy
