What is Tough Mudder?
Tough Mudder is an international assault course designed by the Special Forces with the intention of pushing you further than your fitness levels demand.
With several Mudder events taking place across the year, it's up to you whether you take on Tough Mudder in the sweltering heat or the freezing cold.
What distance is Tough Mudder?
There are two options:
The 5k course
13+ obstacles over a 5km course - condensing all the teamwork, camaraderie and epic obstacles from a Classic course, with some obstacles unique to the 5k.
Exclusive green 5k headband, finisher T-shirt, and a finisher pint – all included with your ticket.
The Classic course
20+ obstacles over a 10 mile course – including old favourites and some new to 2019.
Exclusive orange headband, finisher T-shirt, and a finisher pint – all included with your ticket.
Be inducted into the Tough Mudder Legion, allowing you access to Legionnaire-only routes at future events.
