We're committed to creating a positive, flexible and enjoyable working environment for everyone. A place where everyone belongs and thrives.
Most of our colleagues work remotely, and we provide everything you need to do a great job. All you need is a quiet space to work and a strong internet connection.
All colleagues have access to a dedicated Wellbeing hub which features advice and support around physical and mental wellbeing.
Our Employee Assistance Programme with Health Shield offers colleagues wellbeing and lifestyle guidance, along with confidential and impartial advice on finances, family matters and health.
Colleagues can apply for flexible working arrangements, which helps create a good work life balance.
We work 35 hours a week across the hours of 7am to 9pm. Our core working hours are 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
We are members of the cycle to work scheme.
If you’re unwell, we pay you when you are off work:
For less than 6 months service = 5 days full pay
6-24 months’ service = 10 days full pay
24-36 months’ service = 20 days full pay
36 months’ service = 30 days full pay
We offer colleagues:
We offer colleagues who have been working with us for at least 52 weeks, two weeks’ full pay or SPP, whichever is the greater of the two amounts.
Colleagues are entitled to:
We offer colleagues:
This is available to colleagues who have been working for us for 52 weeks prior to the end of the week in which the agency informs them they have been matched with the child (qualifying week).
Our salary framework is designed to attract and retain the very best people, and to recognise and reward the unique contribution made by our colleagues.
All colleagues are automatically enrolled in a workplace pension. The Charity contributes four per cent and colleagues contribute five per cent of their monthly salary. Colleagues are free to opt out of the pension if they prefer. We also offer a salary exchange pension arrangement in which we contribute eight per cent and the employee contributes three per cent.
On completion of induction, we offer comprehensive life insurance cover of four times your salary to support your loved ones should the worst happen.
Every colleague enjoys 29 days holiday entitlement, regardless of length of service, along with eight days bank holiday. And you get your Birthday off too! We also offer a holiday buy and sell scheme for up to 5 days per year.
Our ‘do your bit days’ encourage colleagues to take time away from their day-to-day role to volunteer in the community.
Developing our people and enabling colleagues to do their best work is an important part of our culture. Our dedicated Learning Hub brings together learning and development resources and supports our colleagues with tips and guidance.
Once colleagues have completed their induction, we celebrate with the gift of a branded hoody. After six months service, colleagues enjoy 20 per cent off branded merchandise and 50 per cent off branded clothing.
