Scam phone calls

Warning - scam phone callers pretending to be from military charities.

We are aware of people receiving phone calls, claiming to be from Help for Heroes and other military charities, asking questions around personal information, specifically around military service. Please note we will never ask questions around military service unless you are looking to, or receiving support from us.

Our guidance is to block the caller’s number and, if they have mentioned Help for Heroes, let us know by contacting our Supporter Care Team on 0300 303 9888.

We would also advise you to report cases to Action Fraud at Action Fraud to help us stamp out this criminal behaviour.
